For this recipe, you will need only two main ingredients: juicy bell peppers and ripe tomatoes. Hungarian lecho should turn out to be slightly sweet, so you can't do without sugar. As for spices, one paprika is enough.

- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 2,5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, peel the seeds, stalks and cut.
Pass tomatoes through a juicer.
Boil the tomato juice over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add bell pepper, sugar, salt, paprika and oil.
Boil everything together for 15 minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat after 2 minutes.
Put the hot lecho into jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
