- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

- Powdered sugar - 75 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sour cream - 30 g
- Sugar - 60 g
- Milk - 1 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
For the dough, combine softened butter, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk well with a blender. Add one whole egg and the protein from the second. Do not throw away the yolk, it will be useful to us when baking. Whisk well.
Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, whisk until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar and sour cream with a blender, grind through a sieve.
Take out the dough, roll it into a sausage and divide it into pieces. Roll out each piece into a flat cake, put the filling on one half, cover with the other half. Place the juicers on a baking sheet on parchment paper.
Mix the yolk with milk and anoint the juicers on top. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C. When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
