Ingredients
For the test:
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
For filling:
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cheese - 200 g
- Butter - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Knead the elastic dough from all the ingredients and divide into parts.
Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes with butter. Mix with egg and grated cheese.
Roll out the dough into tortillas, put the filling on each, put it in a bag and roll it out again.
Fry khachapuri for 4 minutes on both sides without oil over medium heat.
