- Dry yeast (high–speed) - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 100 g
- Milk (warm) – 1 glass
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Poppy - 150 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, dry yeast, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add melted butter, lightly beaten egg, vanilla essence and warm milk. Knead a soft dough.
Cover with a towel and put away in a warm place for 1 hour.
Rinse the poppy, pour boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, cool slightly, add sugar, butter and grind with a blender.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil, lightly knead the dough and roll out a large rectangular cake.
Lay out the poppy seed filling and roll up a tight roll.
Cut 12 identical pieces, put on a greased baking sheet and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Brush the buns with yolk and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
