- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Flour - 35 g
- Cheese (grated) – 40 g
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
For filling:
- Adyghe cheese - 20 g
- Suluguni - 20 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth.
Form a boat-shaped cake about 2 cm thick.
Fry the boat for 3 minutes in a small amount of oil and turn it over.
Make a recess on top with a teaspoon and put the yolk there.
Sprinkle everything with grated suluguni and Adyghe cheese.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
