Do you want to cook a real vegetarian pizza? According to the following recipe, it will turn out even tastier than usual. It's all about the soft dough and delicious filling. Be sure to sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- Shiitake (canned) – 80 g
- Dried tomatoes - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Tofu - 150 g
- Tomato sauce - 4 art.l.
- Iceberg lettuce - 2 leaves
- Arugula - 10 twigs
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, yeast, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add warm water and knead a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Peel the purple onion from the husk, cut into rings and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop tofu, shiitake, peeled bell pepper and salad leaves.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and place on a greased baking sheet.
Grease the billet with tomato sauce, spread tofu, tomatoes, bell pepper and shiitake on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished pizza with salad leaves, arugula, onion and sesame seeds.
