- Flour - 1.5 glasses
- Walnuts - 1 glass
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Cocoa - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 2/3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the nuts in a blender.
Whisk the melted butter, sugar and eggs. Add cottage cheese and vegetable oil, and whisk again.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Stir and add the chopped nuts.
Put the dough in 2/3 of the molds and bake the muffins in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
