- Candied fruits - handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt butter in a water bath.
Beat eggs lightly with sugar until fluffy foam.
Mix both blanks, add warm milk, vanilla essence and salt.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix until smooth.
Add candied fruits and mix again.
Put the dough in a greased form and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
