Most often, pancakes are prepared sweet. Today I propose to go a different way and experiment a little. Add less sugar to the dough, and serve the finished pancakes with fried bacon. You can also add cheese sauce, ketchup or adjika.
Ingredients
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Water (warm) – 200 ml
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Bacon - 150 g
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add warm water, sifted flour and baking powder. The dough should turn out thick as greasy sour cream.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up.
Put 2 tablespoons of dough in the middle of the pan and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry until golden brown.
Put the ready-made pancakes on a plate, adding pieces of fried bacon.
