Nothing unexpected: just a classic open apple pie on kefir. I tell you how to make a good dough that will bake evenly, will not get wet from the filling and will not fall apart. I advise you to choose apples of sweet and sour varieties.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Butter - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Flour - 1 glass
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 100 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with two types of sugar and salt. Add kefir and melted butter, and whisk again.
Add flour and soda and knead a fairly thick dough. Put it in a mold and form small sides.
Cut the apples into slices and arrange them nicely on top.
Bake the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
