- Flour - 220 g
- Corn Starch - 1 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l.
- Water (warm) – 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl.
Add starch, baking powder and vanilla.
Add water mixed with honey and lemon juice. Mix the dough until smooth.
Preheat a dry frying pan, put a couple of spoonfuls of dough in the middle, giving the shape of a perfect circle.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
