Usually the preparation of donuts is delayed for several hours, but not with this recipe. Knead the dough on sour cream, form donuts and immediately proceed to roasting. The finished pastries can be filled with jam, poured with chocolate and decorated with sprinkles.
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 350 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs lightly with powdered sugar and sour cream.
Add vanilla, sifted flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp oil and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into several thick sausages and cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick. Shape each piece into a donut.
Deep fry the donuts until golden brown and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
