Universal recipe for all occasions. These pancakes can be cooked for lunch and dinner, served with sauces or ketchup, with or without salad. It is not necessary to peel potatoes, just rinse them thoroughly. I share my favorite recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel potatoes and carrots, grate.
Finely chop the greens and peeled onions.
Lightly beat the egg with salt, ground pepper and sour cream.
Add soda, herbs, potatoes, onions, carrots and garlic passed through the press.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough, giving the desired shape. Fry until golden brown on both sides and place on a paper napkin.
