There are many recipes for the popular charlotte. I like to cook it with sour cream. The dough turns out soft, tasty and more satisfying. In addition, the charlotte on sour cream is not so capricious, so even a novice cook can easily cope with the task.
Ingredients
- Apples - 400 g
- Flour - 1,5 glasses
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples from the seeds and peel, cut into small cubes.
Beat the egg with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Add sour cream mixed with soda and mix well.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough until smooth.
Grease the mold with butter and put half of the dough.
Pour in the apples and pour the rest of the dough on top.
Bake the charlotte for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
