Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.

Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.

Add the minced meat and continue to fry until tender. Sprinkle with salt and spices.

Mix flour with salt and margarine. Rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs.

Add milk, lightly beaten eggs and knead a soft dough. Cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Set aside one third of the dough, roll out the rest with a cake according to the size of the mold, taking into account the height of the walls.

Cover the mold with baking paper, lay out the cake and the prepared stuffing from minced meat.

Roll out the rest of the dough with a smaller cake and cover the pie. Carefully seal the edges.

Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
