Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 450 g
- Plums - 300 g
- Apples - 150 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the puff pastry into large squares. Step back a centimeter from each edge and make incisions without cutting to the corner.
Throw these free edges on opposite sides to make sides for puffs.
Prick the bottom of the baskets with a fork and lay out the chopped fruit.
Bake the puffs for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees, let cool slightly and pour honey before serving.
