One of the traditional drinks that is rarely remembered now is pea jelly. It really turns out to be quite specific, but that's what it's good for, because sometimes you want variety. I tell you how to cook it properly.
Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 200 g
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the peas and lightly dry them in a dry frying pan.
Grind it into flour with a blender.
Fill with water, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil over low heat.
Boil the jelly until thick, continuing to stir, and remove from heat.
