All summer residents are well acquainted with one common problem – what to do with the harvest of zucchini. It seems that it is simply impossible to grow them a little. In addition to all kinds of preparations, I highly recommend an excellent refreshing compote of zucchini.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the zucchini and slice randomly.
Boil water and add zucchini to it.
Add sugar and boil the compote for another 15 minutes.
