Favorite since childhood cream soda until recently seemed completely unattainable, because it is almost impossible to find it in stores, and the taste is not the same. But some time ago I found a recipe for this homemade lemonade. And it turned out so delicious that I really want to share it with you.

Ingredients

  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Vanillin - 2 pinches
  • Ice - 2 handfuls
  • Soda - 500-800 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the syrup from water and sugar, add vanilla and let it cool.

Whisk cream, syrup and lemon juice in a blender.

Add ice and pour cream soda to taste.
