On long winter evenings, I want to have tea longer in a warm family circle. Crispy croissants with fragrant tangerine jam are perfect for this occasion. The finished dough and filling can be easily found in the nearest supermarket.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Defrost the dough at room temperature. On average, it will take up to an hour and a half.

Sprinkle the dough and the work surface of the table with flour. Roll out the cake to the desired thickness.

Cut triangles of the same size.

Put 1 tsp of tangerine jam on the wide edge of the triangle.

Tuck the edges inside so that the filling does not leak out, and roll up loose rolls. Repeat the steps with the remaining blanks and filling.

Place the finished croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven according to the following scheme: 10 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees, and then another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
