Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Flour - 1 glass
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (for frying) – 80 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and place in a small saucepan.
Pour in water and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Mash the boiled pumpkin with a pusher or fork.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Mix pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix well.
Grease a frying pan with butter, heat it up and spoon out small islands of dough. Fry for 2 minutes on each side and place on a paper napkin.
