Why not make fragrant pancakes for breakfast? With cottage cheese and pumpkin, they turn out delicious, healthy and beautiful. If there is no time to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, use a blender. Thanks to this, the dough will turn out softer and more lush.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and place in a small saucepan.

Pour in water and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Mash the boiled pumpkin with a pusher or fork.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.

Mix pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, sour cream and vanilla.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix well.

Grease a frying pan with butter, heat it up and spoon out small islands of dough. Fry for 2 minutes on each side and place on a paper napkin.
