Compotes can be not only sweet, but also sweet and sour or even sour. This is especially true for berry drinks. Lately I really like compote from irga, also with a minimum amount of sugar. He certainly will never be cloying.
Ingredients
- Irga - 1 glass
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and sort the irga.
Add sugar and fill with water.
Bring to a boil, boil the compote for 5-7 minutes and let it brew.
