Like many, I most often cook jelly from berries. But the fruit also turns out very tasty. I always use this recipe in the country, when the whole garden harvest is at hand. If desired, you can add something to your taste.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Apricots - 5 pieces
- Plums - 5 pieces
- Water - 1.2-1.5 l
- Sugar - 100 g
- Corn Starch - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice all the fruits, pour water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar to taste and boil the compote for 10 minutes.
Strain it and bring it to a boil again.
Dilute the starch in a glass of water and pour into the compote, stirring.
Boil for another 3 minutes.
