Due to the fact that raspberries are incredibly delicate, making blanks from them is a specific task. It took me several years to work out my ideal formula for thick jam with whole berries. And now I'm finally ready to share it with everyone.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes.
Pick raspberries and pour boiling syrup.
Bring to a boil again and boil everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
