Ingredients
- Apricots - 1 kg
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots.
Finely chop the fruit, mince it through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender.
Add water and, if desired, spices.
Bring the mass to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars and store in a cool place.
