Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the pumpkin and washed dried apricots.

Cover them with sugar, bring to a boil and cook for half an hour on low heat.

Peel the oranges from all the films and cut the pulp. Squeeze the lemon juice and break the cinnamon sticks.

Send everything to the pumpkin and cook for another 20 minutes.

Turn off the stove and let the jam brew for 15-20 minutes.

Put it in sterile jars.
