Nectarines are found in blanks much less often than peaches or plums. To be honest, I don't quite understand this phenomenon. That's why I want to share my favorite recipe for nectarine jam. Long, but very simple and delicious.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the nectarine, cut the fruits and cover with sugar.

Leave for a couple of hours, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.

Grind the workpiece with a blender or grind through a sieve.

Boil for another half hour and roll the jam into sterile jars.
