Ingredients
- Nectarine - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the nectarine, cut the fruits and cover with sugar.
Leave for a couple of hours, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Grind the workpiece with a blender or grind through a sieve.
Boil for another half hour and roll the jam into sterile jars.
