Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the viburnum berries from the brushes and rinse under running water.
Put in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 3 minutes with a lid.
Drain the water, wipe the berries through a sieve.
Dilute gelatin in water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, citric acid and gelatin preparation to the berry puree.
Stir and heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Do not bring to a boil!
Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars and close the lids.
