- Gooseberry - 3 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the gooseberries and rinse thoroughly.
Put the berries in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours at room temperature.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Add citric acid and boil for 10 minutes.
Put the hot jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
