Even if you are not strong in conservation at all, you will easily cope with berry compote. This is a great option for the first attempts, because no special manipulations or ingredients are needed here. And compotes are almost always perfectly stored.
Ingredients
- Cherry - 400 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Black Currant - 300 g
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berry and put it in sterile jars.
Cover with sugar and pour boiling water. Leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
Drain the syrup and boil again. Add lemon juice and pour into jars.
Roll up the berry compote for the winter.
