Ingredients

  • Rosehip - 800 g
  • Water - 1-2 glasses
  • Sugar - 500 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the rosehip with water and cook until the berries are soft.

Rub it through a sieve and add sugar to the juice.

Boil everything until the sugar dissolves, and then - to the desired density.

Roll the jelly into sterile jars.
