Cooking delicious sea buckthorn jam is not difficult at all! Just use my simple recipe. Jam is perfect for toast and fresh bread, it is used in baking and served with various desserts. This bright sweet treat will definitely be appreciated by children!

Carefully remove the sea buckthorn berries from the twigs, rinse with cold running water and throw them into a colander.

Place the sea buckthorn in a cooking container, fill with water, bring to a boil and boil until soft for 3 minutes.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the berries from boiling water and rub them hot through a sieve into a separate container. So the skins and bones we don't need will remain in the sieve.

Combine sea buckthorn pulp with sugar, stir and boil, stirring, at a minimum heat for 15 minutes.

Pour hot sea buckthorn jam into pre-sterilized small jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap with a blanket and leave until completely cooled. Store the ready-made sea buckthorn jam without seeds in a cool dark place.
