Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 art.d.
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix olive oil, balsamic, crushed garlic and spices.
Rub the ribs and leave them to marinate for an hour.
Fry them over medium heat until soft, turning them over periodically. It's about 20 minutes.
Add fire and fry the ribs until golden brown.
