Spicy chicken wings with ketchup and mustard in the oven

I cook chicken wings often for holidays and just like that. I like the simplicity of the dish and the huge variety of options. I recently tested a new recipe — the wings turned out to be piquant and very juicy. I am sharing my discovery with you.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 700 g
- Ketchup (sharp) – 3 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Mix the wings with salt, ground pepper, ketchup, mustard and oil.
Mix well with your hands, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Put the wings in a greased form, cover with foil or a lid and bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
