Even your favorite cottage cheese casserole with frozen blueberries can be cooked in a frying pan. And in this recipe I will tell you how to do it so that it turns out beautiful, tasty, not at all greasy and very useful.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Blueberries (frozen) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar Substitute - 2 tbsp.l.
- Baking soda (slaked) – 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the blueberries. Beat eggs with sugar substitute to a froth.
Add cottage cheese, sour cream, and mix everything.
Add semolina and soda, mix again. And at the end, carefully add blueberries.
Cover the pan with parchment and lay out the curd mass.
Cook the casserole under the lid on low heat for about half an hour.
