Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 4 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it across the fibers into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.
Beat off the meat with a hammer on both sides.
Season the resulting blanks with salt and pepper.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Beat eggs with a fork with salt and ground pepper.
Dip the turkey in the egg mixture, roll it in breadcrumbs and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry the chops over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
