Corn porridge is a very self–sufficient dish that does not need complex additions. It has a pleasant texture, bright taste and appetizing color. Therefore, when you want something simpler, it's enough to add just a little cinnamon.
Ingredients
- Corn groats - 100 g
- Brown Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the corn grits and put them into molds.
Add sugar and cinnamon, pour in milk and cover the pots with foil.
Cook porridge in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
