Someone likes homemade minced meat in a meat grinder. Someone – grinds it almost to uniformity with a blender. And I prefer more pronounced textures, and with them – minced meat. By the way, this is a great base for potato casserole!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Minced meat (chopped) – 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Cheese (grated.) – 140 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and mix with minced meat and spices. Put it in the form.
Grate potatoes and mix with half sour cream, half cheese and eggs. Put it on the minced meat.
Brush with the remaining sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the dish in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
