At my house, we are sure that only chicken with mushrooms in meat can be better than chicken with mushrooms. Therefore, I suggest wrapping such a filling in a piece of pork and baking a very original, delicious and satisfying roll.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots. Fry everything together until a beautiful golden hue.
Cut the chicken fillet into small strips.
Spread out the pork, chop and rub with spices. Randomly lay out all the stuffing.
Roll up a tight roll, rub it with spices and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven for about 2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
Unwrap the foil and brown it for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
