Food for children should be not only delicious, but also healthy. Steamed chicken cutlets do an excellent job with both tasks. It's not difficult to cook them. You will need a steamer and some free time.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- White bread - 50 g
- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and grate on a fine grater.
Cut the crust off the bread and soak it in warm milk for 5 minutes.
Mix the minced meat, egg, onion, salt and lightly pressed bread. Knead the mass with your hands until smooth.
Form cutlets of the same size. To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands, periodically moisten them with cold water.
Put the cutlets on the steamer stand and cook for 30 minutes.
