If you like baked Bulgarian pepper, I suggest you cook the most tender cod with it. Serve them just like that or add some other side dish. For example, mashed potatoes or cauliflower puree with cheese will work well. I advise you to choose different shades of pepper – this way the dish turns out much brighter.
Ingredients
- Cod - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Large chop the pepper and put it on foil.
Put pieces of cod, lemon slices and rosemary sprigs on top.
Add salt, pepper, wrap in foil and bake the fish in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
