If you don't like too complex flavors or you just don't like to drown out tender red fish with an abundance of spices – this recipe is for you. Salmon, peppers and nothing extra. And so that the tender fish does not burn anywhere, I advise you to cover the baking sheet with parchment.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 3 pieces
- Thyme - 1 twig
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 2 pinches
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sea salt - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly mix the oil with spices, crushed garlic and chopped thyme.
Rub the salmon pieces with this oil, put on parchment and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
