Ingredients
- Trout - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the trout and rub it with salt.
Cut the orange and lemon into circles, put a couple in the belly of the fish, and spread the rest on foil.
Put the trout on the citrus fruits, spread the dill on all sides and pepper.
Wrap the foil and bake the fish in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
