Another way to make an excellent potato casserole from what was found in the refrigerator. A little boiled sausage, a little cheese – and what else do you need? For a beautiful ruddy color, I advise you to add a spoonful of paprika to the spices.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Boiled sausage - 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Carrots - 1-2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the potatoes and sausage. Grate half of the cheese there.
Mix everything with mayonnaise and spices to taste and put it in a mold. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
