- Tilapia - 800 g
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Nuts - 2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub tilapia fillets with olive oil and place on foil.
Chop the nuts in a blender, mix with crackers and spices and sprinkle over the fish.
Bake tilapia in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
