I love Georgian tkemali sauce and often add it to different dishes. Recently, for example, I baked chicken wings with him. In combination with honey, it turns out very original and appetizing. You just have to try this delicious recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Tkemali sauce - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Separately mix the sauce, honey, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Mix the wings with the prepared marinade, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the wings and send them to the oven for 35 minutes, preheated to 190 degrees.
