Do you want to cook a healthy meat dish? I advise you to try rabbit stewed with pumpkin and garlic. The cooking process can be divided into several stages: soaking meat, roasting rabbit and pumpkin, baking.

Wash the rabbit meat, dry it, slice it and place it in a deep bowl.

Add water, wine vinegar, bay leaf and leave for 1 hour.

Peel and slice the pumpkin and onion.

Melt half the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add the pumpkin and continue to fry for 7-10 minutes.

Transfer the pumpkin to a greased form, season with salt and pepper, cover tightly with a lid.

Add the remaining oil to the frying pan, put the dried rabbit pieces and brown well on all sides.

Put the meat on the pumpkin, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Add the slightly crushed garlic cloves and pour in the hot broth.

Cover tightly with a lid or a double layer of foil. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
