Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots and chocolate glaze

Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Semolina - 1 tbsp.l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash dried apricots with boiling water, dry them with a paper towel and cut them.
Grind cottage cheese in a blender or rub through a sieve.
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. You should get a lush foam.
Mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, semolina, dried apricots and melted butter. Leave a little oil to lubricate the mold.
The mass should stand for 10 minutes, then put it in the prepared form and level it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
In a small saucepan, mix hot milk, sugar and cocoa. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add butter and mix.
Remove the finished casserole from the mold and pour over the hot glaze.
