You can cook stew all year round: in summer from fresh vegetables, and in winter from what is at hand. This recipe is suitable for all occasions, because the necessary products are always sold in the store. And if you don't find fresh pepper, then use frozen.
Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Bell pepper (medium) – 1 piece
- Celery - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water (hot) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop beef, celery, peeled bell peppers, potatoes and onions.
Turn on the "Frying" program and fry the beef in oil.
Add onion, allspice, bay leaf and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add potatoes, bell pepper, celery and fry all together for another 5 minutes.
Add hot water, tomato sauce and salt. Close the lid and activate the "Extinguishing" program for 1 hour. After the beep, do not open the lid for another 15 minutes.
