Many are still arguing whether it is possible to use mayonnaise when baking. I am not suggesting that you participate in these proceedings, but I can say for sure: mayonnaise gives a potato casserole with minced meat an amazing ruddy crust.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l .
- Cheese - 60 g
- Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry with minced meat until half cooked. Add the tomato and spices, and fry for another minute.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Put half in the mold.
Put the minced meat on top and potatoes again.
Brush everything with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the casserole in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
